が出てフィーチャインストール出来ないときは
updatesiteプロジェクトのartifacts.xmlとcontent.xmlを消して再作成すると
出来た。なぜだ

20090204 追記
artifacts.xmlとcontent.xmlにはtimestampやdatasizeなどの項目がある。
作り直したときにここがずれると何か問題があるのかも・・
